MobStub - Will not give refund or replacement!
I placed an order with MobStub for some women's FitKicks on July 29th. I received them on August 5th. I tried them on and wore them as I watched TV and walked around the house. About an hour later I walked out to my car, and as I looked down to open my car door, I noticed that the stitching on the right toe was unraveling. I immediately removed them and tried to find a phone number for customer service (there is no number that works, by the way).
This morning I emailed customer service to find out about a replacement pair of shoes. I just checked and saw this response:

So, I am left with a pair of shoes that are tearing up after about an hour of use and no way to get a refund or a replacement. I wish I had thought to check the online reviews of MobStub before buying from them.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $23.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
MobStub Pros: Buyer beware.
MobStub Cons: Customer service, Unable to reach by phone, Will not replace damaged goods.
