I will never purchase an item from Mobstub again! Regardless of the wait time for delivery, MY ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECT! 2-XL is not the L I ordered. I ordered as a gift, too. I can't even get a legit conversation from someone. Emailing is automatically generated, SMH! MOBSTUB is careless, cheap & not a trustworthy Company!!

Billed my credit card in the last several months up to 200 dolllars and I have never ordered or given u my credit card my bank account any found this and mob stub has not hotten back …you have illegal

My attempts and my bank attempts have recoievrd 200 almost in charges!?I have m ever given it to u or bought anything my bank and my attorney are asking how. U got the information iam not playing games any you have been o in caring and I Now this illegal activity is being reported to the authoritieshow dare you buy my credit card and charge it almost 200 and I dont know how you have stolen my identity .I have never bought anything and you continue to email me after we have asked you to stop and notified you your illegal charge tiny key bank Mastercard now closed me Joel H.Rothstein Ceo.215-372-****

Never received purse Paid in full

I ordered a purse. I had no problem the first time i ordered a purse. This time i wanted a smaller size than the one i got before. I paid the item in full $25.68 sept 02,2021. I didnt get a tracking number. My phone number is 385-212-****. I have been trying to call the number given but no answer. 714-407-****.

I never received my purchase

Ordered in 8/10. Tracking went dormant. Supposedly replacement sent and same thing happens. It never left Queens, NY. I think this is a scam company!!

Received incorrect item

I ordered 3 bracelets that say "you are my sunshine" but instead received 3 bracelets that say "I love you to the moon & back" After my complaint I was contacted by a customer service rep who told me it was not necessary to return the bracelets, & I would receive replacements. BUT the replacements I received were 3 more bracelets that say "I love you to the moon & back"!!! I now have 6 INCORRECT ITEMS!!! After complaining a second time I did receive the 3 correct bracelets AND a full refund, so eventually the problem did get resolved.

I want what I ordered!

Poor customer service

I was charged $104.02 on my credit card and since I didn't order anything that cost that much, I was wondering what it was that I am being charged for. I feel that I have been hacked. I explained all this for five times now. If someone would look at what I typed to your expert Pearl, you will see my reference number.

I tried to reach you for 2days now. I wanted to send back a purse. I ordered the smaller one cause I didnt no you had a bigger one. The bigger one is perfect. Now Im trying to send the smaller one back. Ive called, went on line everything. I still dont no if I got thru or not. The bigger one said it was 24.00 &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; it cost 18.00 today. I dont no what is going on. Not satisfied no confirmation email, etc

I placed an order Saturday....most places give an immediate confirmation email that the order has gone through...I did not and I just read that an email goes out only after shipment....that is totally backward! I hope my personal info is secure and thisnis not a scam!! Also, I tried to call and no one answers.....I did mot make an account just checked out like a guest with my info, so I cannot check the status....I tried to chat as well, and they want to charge me!! This is all very crazy and I will not shop here again!! Not happy......:(
