Featured Not resolved

I received product on Thursday June 28, 2018. I opened it and saw that there were no handles for the basket and found one handle in the box. It was missing the other handle. Both handles were supposed to be attached.

I sent a email on Thursday.

By Friday I still had not heard from anyone and sent another message.

On Monday I received a email asking for a picture so they could look further into it. This picture was sent with a statement, see only 1 handle and it should be attached.

Still no word.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
